To accommodate increased flows from a new development, CKB replaced an existing 250mm sanitary sewer with a new 375mm system, including the installation and connection of commercial sewer services to the property line. Throughout construction, careful planning ensured continuous vehicle and pedestrian access to local businesses, as well as uninterrupted operations of the iconic Farmers Market in St Albert’s downtown core.
