CKB was contracted to complete underground utility improvements along Mohr Avenue from Calahoo Road to Main Street. The work included full replacement of both the sanitary and watermains, followed by complete surface restoration. In total, we installed 690m of new pipe, three hydrants, and eight manholes.

To maintain service throughout construction, CKB provided continuous water bypass to all affected residents. As part of the contractual requirements, we maintained vehicular and pedestrian access to all residences. This showcased CKB’s ability to complete the work while still prioritizing the residents of the neighbourhood.
