To provide water service to a new industrial area, CKB installed nearly 1000m of 400mm C900 water line as part of the 255 St Waterline Extension project. The new line tied into the existing 400mm system at the north end of 255 Street in Acheson and was installed within the roadway while maintaining access to all local businesses throughout construction.

At the south end of the project, the pipe transitioned from C900 to HDPE to complete a directional drill crossing beneath Highway 16A. The project also included the installation of nine fire hydrants, ten mainline valves, and two stubs to support future development.
